Nice summary list, thanks! I use or have used nearly all of these, and the only one I might add is “View Dependencies” http://mozilla.queze.net/ , which can show you file sizes for all files loaded in one go.

This tool will refresh browser automatically during development (it monitors filesystem changes in particular working directory).
